General Terms and Conditions of Business

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
For all orders via our online store the following terms and conditions apply. Our online store is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity can be attributed. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity, which acts in exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

By placing the products in the online store we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can put our products into your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.

4. TERMS OF DELIVERY
In addition to the indicated product prices, shipping costs may be incurred. You will find more detailed information about possible shipping costs in the offers.

We deliver only by shipping. A collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible.

5. PAYMENT
In our store you can choose between the following payment methods:

credit card
When you place your order, you provide your credit card details. After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged.

Klarna PayNow credit card
When you place your order, you provide your credit card details. After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged immediately after the goods are shipped.

Klarna PayNow direct debit
After successful address and creditworthiness checks during the order process, you issue a SEPA direct debit mandate to the online provider Klarna when you submit your order. Klarna will inform you about the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). Upon submission of the direct debit mandate, Klarna will ask your bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be executed automatically and your account will be debited. The account will be debited after the goods are shipped. For the payment transaction via Klarna - in addition to our terms and conditions - the terms and conditions and the privacy policy of Klarna apply. PayPal, PayPal Express
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the store, we will ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be executed automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

Immediately by klarna
After placing your order you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account that is activated for online banking, legitimize yourself accordingly and confirm the payment order to us. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by Sofort and your account will be debited.

Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the browser "Safari", with which service provider Apple is registered, have activated the Apple Pay function, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

Google Pay
To pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with the service provider Google, have activated the Google Pay function, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

Pay direct
After placing your order you will be redirected to the website of the online provider paydirekt. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via paydirekt, you must have an online banking account that has been activated for participation in paydirekt, be registered there or register first, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. Immediately after the order, we will request paydirekt to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically executed by paydirekt. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

Amazon Pay
During the order process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon before the order process in our online store is completed. In order to be able to complete the order process and pay the invoice amount via Amazon, you must be registered there or register first and authenticate yourself with your access data. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored at Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected to our online store where you can complete the order process. Immediately after placing your order, we will ask Amazon to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be automatically processed by Amazon. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

Purchase on account via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer invoice purchase as a payment option. Please note that Klarna Invoice is only available for consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna in each case. Financing via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer installment purchase as a payment option. Please note that Klarna Installment Purchase is only available for consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna.

6. RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7. TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If goods with obvious transport damages are delivered, please complain about such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.

8. WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory liability for defects shall apply.
The following applies to used goods: if the defect occurs after one year from delivery of the goods, claims for defects are excluded. Defects that occur within one year from delivery of the goods can be claimed within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods.
The above limitations and shortening of the time limit do not apply to claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
- in case of injury to life, body or health
- in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty and fraudulent intent
- in case of violation of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations)
- within the framework of a guarantee promise, if agreed or
- as far as the scope of application of the product liability law is opened.

9. LIABILITY
For claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation
- in case of injury to life, body or health
- in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
- in the case of guarantee promises, if agreed, or
- as far as the scope of application of the product liability law is opened.
In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on our part, on the part of our legal representatives or vicarious agents, liability shall be limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.


10. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
